Gluten-Free Belgian Waffles


Ingredients
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup sorghum flour
1 cup potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca starch
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. xanthan gum
3 cups sour milk
1/2 cup oil
6 egg whites
Instructions:
Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites till stiff peaks from. Slowly add milk and oil to egg mixture. Gently add egg mixture to dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Batter can be slightly lumpy.
Pour onto hot waffle maker. Cook till light brown.
