1 1/2 cups gluten free bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon water
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
ranch dressing for dipping
Preheat oven to 450' F. In bowl, combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, and garlic salt. Using a whisk, whisk egg whites and water in another bowl. Dip the chicken pieces into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture to coat evenly. Arrange on baking stones. Bake 14 - 16 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with dressing.
